Color, cuts, texture and extensions.
Saidy found her passion for beauty early. At 15 or 16 she was already styling the girls in her neighborhood back home, and that simple curiosity grew into a dream of making hair her profession.
She took the practical route first: a degree in Accounting from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, then a job in finance. But over time she understood her real calling was somewhere else. She listened to her heart and trained at Academia de Belleza Pelagia in San Pedro de Macorís, and she was already working in salons before she even finished.
Over about 13 years across two salons, she worked with every type of hair, style and need, sharpening her technique the whole way, and transferred her license here four years ago. Along the way she became a mother to her only daughter, working, studying and chasing her dream all at once. It wasn’t always easy, but every challenge made her stronger.
Her biggest passions are extensions in different methods, color, cuts and transformation work. Every client gets a personal approach: understanding what she needs, then creating a result that brings out her beauty and reflects who she is.
“After walking different paths, I discovered that my true place was always in beauty. Today I get to turn my passion into my profession and do what I truly love every day.”
