Card on file
A credit or debit card is required to book any appointment. Your card is only charged if a fee below applies.

24 hours’ notice
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, online changes are closed, so please call the studio.

Plans change
Life happens. If you need to move your visit, just let us know as early as you can.

Late cancellation
Cancel or reschedule inside 24 hours of your appointment and 50% of the service price is charged to your card on file.
100%
No-show
If you don’t arrive for your appointment, the full service price is charged to your card on file.
50% back
Recovery credit
We value your commitment to your hair journey. If you’re charged a cancellation fee, 50% of it goes back to you as a credit toward your next service. Rebook within 14 days of the cancellation to use it.
Where you see “Consult” on our price list, your final price is set at your consultation. The amount held in our booking system for those services is used only for this policy. It is never your final price.
Fees are based on the price of the service you booked. For consultation-priced services, the fee is based on the amount shown when you book. Questions about a fee? Call or message the studio and we’ll talk it through.
